How does the subscription work?
You choose a number of seats per month. Each seat is one learner, and learners can take job-title trainings from our full catalog. When a learner finishes, you can give the seat to the next participant.
How do we pay?
Monthly, yearly or by the decade (ten years paid at once). Invoices and purchase orders are accepted. Every subscription is quoted, so tell us your seat count on the form and we will reply with your price.
Does the price go down over time?
Yes. On monthly and yearly plans your price drops 3% after each full year, up to 15% off your original price.
What resets the loyalty discount?
Reducing your number of seats or cancelling resets the discount to full price. Adding seats does not.
Can we change our seat count?
Yes. Add seats at any time. You can also reduce seats at renewal, but that resets your loyalty discount.
Can WIOA or grant funds pay for it?
Many programs combine our trainings with WIOA training funds, grants or employer partnerships. Eligibility and approval rules vary by state and local board, so check with your workforce board.
Do the courses replace licensing or state-required training?
No. Our trainings are general, non-credit job-role courses. They prepare participants for, but do not replace, licensing programs or required safety training.
